Fall Protection

The MSA range of Latchways® Horizontal Lifeline Systems provide a permanent fall protection for maintenance works in all industrial environments. Multiple components offer a wide range of corners, intermediate wire guides and brackets to overcome critical situations on-site. A number of different energy absorbers allows to reduce load into the user and structure in the event of a fall.  The patented starwheel technology Transfasteners® allow the system users to walk freely along the entire lifeline system.

The MSA range of Latchways® Horizontal Lifeline Systems for HV Power Transformers provide a permanent fall protection during routine maintenance or emergency works performed at the top of the transformer. A built-in energy absorber allows to reduce the load into the structure with a minimum cable deflection in the event of a fall. The patented starwheel technology Transfastener® allows the system users to walk freely along the entire lifeline system.

The MSA range of Latchways Inclined Lifeline Systems provide permanent fall protection for maintenance works on structures that slope. These lifelines are assessed by Notified Bodies to be fit for purpose in inclinations between 10° and 90°. Workers climbing on environments such as suspension bridges, conveyors, telecom antennas on roofs or other inclined structures can be secured and walk freely along the entire lifeline system. The guided type fall arresters lock-on immediately if the system user would either fall or slip.

The MSA Latcwhays Roof Light Covers are a simple solution to provide protection to workers when there is presence of fragile surfaces. This Skylight protection is simply installed over the fall hazard creating a certified protective surface incase of an individual or an object falling.
